Based on the Federal Council regulation of March 16th 2020, Swiss Helicopter will no longer operate passenger flights, training flights, check flights and rental flights from all bases. Likewise, there are currently no theoretical courses in class lessons. However, distance learning is possible. These measures are expected to apply until Sunday, April 19th 2020.
Transport flights (aerial work) will continue to be carried out in compliance with the federal regulations. In addition, Swiss Helicopter is part of the emergency plan in many cantons in Switzerland and is therefore obliged and willing to maintain functioning flight operations.
