Helicopter flight

The helicopter flies you from the take-off point to Ebnefluh. This flight over the
Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen ski area past the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau, is only the first highlight of the day. Under the spell of imposing 4000 metre mountains, the downhill run leads via the Ebnefluhfirn to the Lötschenlücke. Then past the Hollandia Hut via the Lang Glacier and through the Lötschental to Blatten (1540 m altitude). Distance approx. 25 km

Requirements

Good skier or snowboarder, no Alpine experience necessary

Equipment

Normal ski equipment, warm, windproof and waterproof clothing, small rucksack with snack, sunglasses, sunblock and lip cream. Snowboarders additionally: 1 ski pole (preferably telescopic)

Further details

  • This offer is valid from mid-February until around May
  • Flights from 8 persons (we will be pleased to help organize a group)
  • Included in per-person price: accompaniment by licensed mountain guide, all costs of guide, helicopter flight costs and VAT
  • Not included: transport costs to take-off point and return journey (approx. CHF 50.00)
  • Further equipment required but not included: avalanche transceiver (LVS), avalanche probe, climbing harness and ski poles (snowboarders). If this fully functional equipment is not brought personally, it can be provided on the spot by the mountain guide; CHF 10 LVS and CHF 5 each for other equipment. Please reserve in advance when booking
