This flight takes us over Val Lumnezia (Valley of Light), the largest tributary valley in the Surselva region. Have you ever seen the source of the famous Valser mineral water from above? Building regulations dictate that all houses and agricultural buildings must be roofed with stone slabs, which lends the village its distinctive character. We fly on past the majestic Zervreilahorn to the impressive Greina Plateau. The Greina Pass was already used to traverse the Alps in ancient Roman times.
